What the Business Says: In business since 1979, the Slocum family opened the first Jersey Giant Subs shop in East Lansing, Michigan. Aiming to offer locals the biggest, tastiest and most genuine New Jersey style subs on the market, we soon began expanding and opening new locations. Now, in our fourth decade of business, we have opened a number of shops throughout Michigan, including many in the Kalamazoo, Lansing, and Detroit areas.
