What the Business Says: Dan is the brewer and likes to make English style beers as well as the wine, hard cider and an occasional mead. The brewhouse is a 7-barrel system, making 217 gallons at a time. There are always 12 beers on tap, 2 on cask, 2 wines and 2 ciders on tap. Dan also has 4 oak barrels that he ages beer in and serves as barrel aged specialty beers. There are seasonal beers in Dan’s rotation and lately he has been experimenting with putting habanero, jalapeno, and serrano peppers, as well as other spices in firkins of beer that is tapped and served on the counter in the English tradition.

Kyle attained his formal brewing knowledge at the Siebel institute in Chicago and his professional experience in Indianapolis with Three Pints Brewing Co.
