Sonia is in charge of the front of the house. She also coordinates the new local artist on the pub walls every month, the live original music on Wednesdays, special events and is in charge of marketing. Dan is the brewer and likes to make English style beers as well as the wine, hard cider and an occasional mead. The brewhouse is a 7-barrel system, making 217 gallons at a time. There are always 12 beers on tap, 2 on cask, 2 wines and 2 ciders on tap.
